We accept some BCBS and United HealthCare plans and will submit a claim to the payer; however, if non-covered treatment therapies are recommended or performed additional payment is required at the time of service. We are not contracted with other insurance plans; however, if requested, a superbill can be provided to you for self-submission and possible reimbursement.
